Over a 3-month research period, we developed a new personalized health solution in the nutraceutical space for Canon Virginia Inc.
Challenge
Canon Virginia engaged us to explore the nutraceutical market, aiming to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities to leverage their manufacturing expertise for a market entry strategy.
Insight
Research revealed that consumers prioritize individual care, convenience, and feedback. These values strongly influence how they make health decisions and what solutions they adopt.
Status - Proposal
Impact
We proposed a personalized health solution with pathways for both B2B and B2C entry. Based on market dynamics and Canon’s strengths, we recommended pursuing the B2B route as the most strategic approach.
Our team combined expertise in Industrial Design, UI/UX, and Business to tackle a challenge in the personalized health space. Over three months, we audited the wellness market, conducted research with 30+ participants, and explored user needs around nutraceuticals.
We moved through ideation, testing, and refinement, regularly reviewing ideas with both users and the client. Through constant check-ins, we stayed aligned with Canon Virginia Inc., ultimately delivering a validated and user-centered solution.
