Concept
A toothbrush that teaches its user. Through real-time pressure feedback and playful cues, it transforms aggressive brushing into intuitive technique. making good habits something teens feel, not something they're told.
Challenge
How might we redesign the healthy clean manual toothbrush to educate/promote oral health care habits.
Insight
Most teens think brushing harder means brushing better, but every aggressive stroke is silently eroding their gums, causing the bleeding they assume is normal. They're not fighting plaque; they're fighting their own mouths.

Brushing teeth is one of those small, everyday rituals that nobody thinks twice about. For kids, it's just a boring thing they're told to do, twice a day, every day, with no real sense of why it matters or whether they're even doing it right. So they rush through it, press too hard, and call it done. For parents, it becomes a quiet daily frustration: the nagging, the reminders, the wondering if any of it is actually working. And underneath that dull routine, something important is being missed entirely, that brushing is a skill, one that has to be learned. Kids aren't being difficult; they simply were never shown the gentler, smarter way to do it.
Intent
Understanding markets, prices, brush types, target audiences to better guage the current product possitioning.

Understanding alternate/similar solutions to find if current problem statement has already been visting through a different lens.

These ideas look to evoke a sense of fun, reduce cognitive load, improve feedback for the user to enhance the overall brushing experience while creating opportunities to educate better on oral healthcare.
Brain dumping ideas also aligning with business objectives and current problem statement. (Idea clusters)

After identifying over-arching attributes from the generated ideas, self contained ideas were selected through combining and subtracting ideas.

Understanding ergonomics, heuristics and mapping out user journey to identify uncovered opportunities.
